a) To initiate co-operation and mutual help amongst members. b) To promote and preserve Tibetan culture within and beyond the Community in accordance with the teachings of H.H. the Dalai Lama. c) To promote understanding and friendship beyond the Community. d) To encourage the study on every aspect of Tibetan history and culture.
